Refund policy

At Cure Day Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., we maintain strict quality standards for all our pharmaceutical products. Since medicines are regulated products, returns are only accepted under specific conditions.

Product Return Policy

Products supplied under the PCD Pharma Franchise program are generally non-returnable. However, returns may be accepted in the following cases:

  • If the product is damaged during transit
  • If the product received is different from the order
  • If the product is manufacturing defective
  • If the product is expired at the time of delivery
  • In such cases, the franchise partner must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

Return Request Process

To request a return, please contact us with the following details:

  • Invoice number
  • Product name and batch number
  • Quantity of product
  • Clear images of the damaged or incorrect product

Once the issue is verified, Cure Day Healthcare will arrange for a replacement or credit note as applicable.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products will not be accepted for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to improper storage
  • Products returned after the specified reporting time
  • Products with tampered packaging

Replacement Policy

If a return request is approved, Cure Day Healthcare may provide:

  • Product replacement, or
  • Credit note for future orders

The final decision will be based on product inspection and company policy.
